Ingredients

½ cup chia seeds

4 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp Maple syrup

1 cup almond milk / coconut milk

1 tsp vaniila essence

For garnish – nuts / dry fruits/ fruits

Method

Soak ½ cup chia seeds in almond / coconut milk for 60 minutes

After 60 minutes add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla essence mix well

Serve in a bowl & put your choice of garnish
